Tropical Gimber Sour

A spicy, sweet and sour tropical GIMBER drink.

Ingredients

30ml GIMBER
30ml Pineapple juice
30ml Lime juice
15ml Sugar water ( 1/1 )
30ml Egg white

How to make it

1: Cool the glass in advance

2: Put all ingredients in the shaker

3: Shake without ice

4: Fill the shaker with ice and shake again

5: Strain the cocktail in the glass

6: Garnish with dried pineapple, ginger & lime
