The GIM'Basque
For 1 cocktail :
- 20ml GIMBER
- 20ml of lime
- 60ml of Lillet Rosé
- 1 tablespoon of Espelette pepper
- 3 fresh strawberries
- a few peppercorns of Timut pepper
- Put the GIMBER, the lime, the Lillet, the Espelette pepper and two strawberries into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Pour through a strainer into a glass.
- Garnish with a halved strawberry, a sprig of mint and some Timut pepper seeds.
