Hot Cider Mule
Ingredients
For 1 pot
- 750 ml cider (preferably dry, not to sweet cider)
- 100 ml dry white vermouth
- 100 ml GIMBER
- 50 gr sugar cane syrup (less if cider is sweet)
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 orange sliced (bio or wash well!)
- ½ lemon sliced (bio or wash well!)
- 2 cardamom pods
Description
- Put all ingredients in pot on a low fire and let simmer for 30 min. Do not boil!
- Garnish with lemon slices with 3 cloves
