Ginger-Garlic Cocktail Meatballs

500 g breadcrumbs
500 g lean ground chicken
1 egg, lightly beaten
2-3 tablespoons GIMBER
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 green onions, sliced


  1. Making the meatballs: Mix and scrunch all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined (but be careful not to over-mix ). Shape the mixture into small balls.
  2. Bake meatballs in a frying pan for 10 to 15 minutes or until they’re completely cooked through.
  3. Remove and serve immediately, with a sprinkling of greens onions.
