Gimber syrup topping on cheesecake
1. Put 4 tablespoons of GIMBER and 4 levelled tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Let it boil for two-three minutes (without letting it discolor) and then let cool. The syrup will then thicken and can be completely cooled over the cheesecake striped.
