GIMBER Hottie 2.0


  • 50ml GIMBER or more (to taste)
  • 500ml water
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise


  1. Cut half of the orange into wedges, and squeeze the juice out of the other half.
  2. Put the wedges, orange juice and other ingredients in a saucepan, then bring everything to the boil over a low heat.
  3. Taste and add an extra splash of GIMBER if necessary.
  4. Pour into glasses.
