35 cl organic homemade apple juice
10 cl GIMBER
5 sage leaves
- In a large container, mix GIMBER with homemade apple juice and add the sage leaves.
- Leave to infuse and cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, mix well.
- Place ice cubes in mocktail glasses, pour the mixture.
- Top up with a dash of sparkling water
