For 1 mocktail

  • 30ml GIMBER
  • 2 sprigs of fresh cilantro
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 50ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 50ml green tea
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 15ml sugarcane syrup


  1. Muddle lime wedges in a glass.
  2. Add cilantro, basil, fresh grapefruit juice, GIMBER and sugarcane syrup.
  3. Add crushed ice and mix well.
  4. Add more crushed ice and pour in the green tea. Top up with crushed ice and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with fresh grapefruit, lime and basil.
