Senior Customer Care Specialist
Job description
As the Customer Care specialist, you will manage and professionalize incoming and outgoing communication with B2B and B2C clients in different languages (NL-FR-ENG) and will process information about orders and the product. Be the GIMBER-face (first-point-of-contact) to the customers and with your expertise about the product you will be able to resolve any problem coming your way.
You will work together with the Head of Customer Care and will bring you experience to the Back-Office team to help mentor and coach the junior team members. With your innovative and forward way of thinking, finding new ways to optimize the workflow will never be a problem.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Care
- Multilingual: Dutch (native) & French (native) & English (at least very fluent). Knowledge of German would be a big plus.
- You are positive-minded and stress resistant
- You are hands-on, structured and a go-getter
- Experience guiding/coaching a team is a plus
