IT Business Analyst

GIMBER is the new kick on the block, with all the gingerol you need to live fully. Zero preservatives, completely organic and made with premium ginger.

As a fast-growing company, we are making our spicy way through the zero-proof market.

There are plenty of good reasons to cut out alcohol, but there is NO good reason to cut out flavour!

For this role we're not looking for the next best technical IT wizard, but someone who can easily translate business requirements into functional IT specifications.

You will report directly to the Operations Director and manage one direct report.

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

  • Analyse & define functional IT requirements of the business and translate into tangible solutions and present these findings to management
  • Support the business as a real business partner in identifying possible process improvements
  • Manage third parties; find suppliers, negotiate & follow up of contracts
  • Responsible for the budget in regards to hardware/software licenses
  • You are the owner of IT related projects in close collaboration with the Operations Director
  • Full responsibility of the IT architecture in close collaboration with management
  • Stay up to date about the evolutions and developments related to IT applications
  • You manage a direct report who is the Odoo SPOC within the organisation

What we expect from you:

  • You have obtained a Bachelor or Master in economics, engineering or IT
  • You have at least 5 years working experience, ideally in a similar role
  • You have a curious mindset and want to understand all business processes in depth
  • Collaboration with different stakeholders to achieve a win-win solution excites you
  • You are a strong communicator and have the right presentation skills
  • You are a real team player
  • You have an analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is a must (preferably Odoo)
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English OR French and English

Logistics Manager

As our Logistics Manager you will be responsible for organizing all activities within the logistics department in order to optimize the movement in and out of goods with regards to cost, timing and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Operations Director.

YOUR CUP OF GINGER?

  • In collaboration with the Operations Director, set up and maintain policy guidelines, systems, KPI’s and quality standards & procedures for the correct operation of the logistic processes
  • Develop and manage the stock system and harmonize all business processes regarding stock management to ensure that we have optimum stock levels available at all times
  • Together with the Operations Director, liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers,…
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets within the predetermined budget
  • Make recommendations concerning investments and structural improvements (e.g. adding a 3PL supplier)
  • Continuously coach your employees to ensure their skills and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage to be able to work as a well-functioning department

What we expect from you:

  • You have obtained at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Proven working experience in a similar role
  • Experience in distribution and logistics management, preferably in FMCG
  • You are a master in organizing and keeping an eye on everything
  • You can work independently and handle multiple projects
  • You are a communication sensei
  • You are a problem solver and have an analytical mindset
  • You like working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • You are familiar with standard logistics software
  • You are either speak fluent Dutch/English or French/English

Operations Director

GIMBER is the new kick on the block, as well as a fast-growing company that is making its spicy way through the zero-proof market.

As our Operations Director you will be part of the management team and co-responsible for further building our kicking growth story.

YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?

  • Take on final responsibility of the operations team which counts 15 employees (of which 6 direct reports)
  • Supervise and evaluate the mapping of the entire supply chain in order to detect and rectify anomalies, bottlenecks, quality & efficiency losses and optimize where necessary
  • Formulate and develop strategies regarding the supply chain
  • Set up the systems/reporting tools for the optimal functioning of the flow of products
  • Give advice on investments and structural improvements regarding the entire supply chain in order to increase cost efficiency and execute cost-benefit analyses of the improvement projects
  • Maintain, further develop and optimize the relationship with key suppliers in order to obtain the best price-quality ratio
  • Optimize the stock management system and align all business processes regarding stock management to ensure that Gimber has optimal stock levels available at all times
  • Lead major cross departmental projects (ex. Set up of Odoo, …)
  • Determine the IT requirements within the organization and translate these into specific projects to ensure that IT solutions can be offered that improve the efficient functioning of the organization
  • Manage the budget of the operations team in line with the company’s financial plan
  • You will report to the CEO

What we expect from you:

  • You have obtained a Master's degree, ideally in economics
  • At least 8 years’ experience in supply chain management of which the last two years in a similar role
  • You combine a strategic vision with interest in and attention for the operational business in all its aspects
  • Strong leadership skills
  • You are a born organizer who loves to bring structure and implement processes
  • You are a strong communicator and have a "go getter" mentality
  • You are proactive & believe that every problem has a solution
  • You have a rigorous & analytical mind

Country Sales Manager

GIMBER Job?

COUNTRY SALES MANAGER - THE NETHERLANDS

In short: the Country Sales Manager will be the main responsible for promoting GIMBER and building the brand in the Netherlands. By defining interesting markets and attending fairs / events, you will put GIMBER on the map.

In terms of market and clients; you will further develop the presence of GIMBER in the retail market, but you will also develop the brand within the horeca segment and all places you think GIMBER should be sold!

Besides that, you will also maintain the relationship with existing key accounts and manage a driven sales & marketing team in the Netherlands.
