Green Tea GIMBER Sour
Ingredients
Sage syrup
- 250 ml water
- 200 g sugar
- 10 sage leaves
For 1 mocktail
- 120 ml green tea
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml GIMBER
- 15 ml sage syrup
- 1 egg white
- a few ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the sage syrup by warming the water with the sugar and sage leaves over a low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Leave the syrup to cool to room temperature and then sieve to remove the sage leaves.
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake hard for 1 minute. Open the shaker, add a few ice cubes and shake hard for another minute.
- Strain the mocktail into a chilled glass without the ice.
TIP: Store the remaining sage syrup in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 months.
